Is the beta really free?
Yes. During the closed beta, every feature is available at no cost. We want founding authors to explore the full canvas before we introduce paid tiers.
When will paid plans be available?
We're finalizing pricing and will announce plans soon. Join the waitlist to be the first to know — founding authors will get preferential terms.
Can I try Pro features before committing?
Yes. The Pro plan includes a 14-day free trial. No credit card required to start.
What happens when my trial ends?
Your account reverts to the Free plan. All your projects and data are preserved — you just lose access to Pro features until you upgrade.
Can I switch plans at any time?
Absolutely. Upgrade, downgrade, or cancel anytime from your billing settings. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period.
Is my data safe if I downgrade?
Yes. Your projects and content are never deleted when you change plans. If you exceed the Free plan limits, you won't be able to create new items until you upgrade or remove existing ones.
Do you offer refunds?
We offer a full refund within 14 days of any paid subscription. Contact support and we'll take care of it.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) through Stripe. All payments are processed securely.
